Review:

Does Robert Duvall have a type or what? Has he just stopped acting and embraced being a grumpy old man? When a movie needs a cranky old man, he must be on speed dial.

This movie asserts itself as grounded, which is often code for boring, but then adds scenes that don't fit the tone. It feels like someone said, add something exciting every fifteen minutes to stop this long, slow drag. The excitement is gone in sixty seconds and we're back to whatever this is.
Duvall is asked to carry this entire movie on his slumped shoulders. He's old, and that's a difficult task.

The characters are incredibly flat and this move lacks any amount of depth. I don't care what happens because this isn't a movie it's just an outline. Someone saw No Country for Old Men and decided they could make the same movie for a fraction of the cost. This is the result.

This movie sucks!
