Plot:
Johnny Knoxville rigs the Special Olympics by posing as a contestant.

Review:
At its core this movie mocks the handicapped. That's the one idea paraded from start to finish, and I don't know how this got made.
Johnny Knoxville poses as disabled to enter the Special Olympics, and that includes all of the stereotypes you'd imagine.
It relies purely on shock value, using the same joke over and over. This doesn't quality as a comedy.
