Review:
How can I talk about a movie where nothing happens? This doesn't have a story, it's just Michael Pitt wandering around in a daze. Why should you see this? The only reason is that it kind of relates to Kurt Cobain, though it's a tenuous link. Gus Van Sant wanted to make a Kurt Cobain movie, but couldn't get the rights. This is what's leftover. He didn't even try to come up with a new story, he just released an unfinished collection of scenes.
This doesn't attempt to delve into the mind of a tortured individual, it's happy to ride on Cobain's legacy and provide nothing by it's own merits.
This starts slow and never picks up. Combine that with a complete lack of story and you've got what many call a time waster.
This movie sucks!
