Review:
Are there really criminals this dumb? How do the manage to bungle everything? The level of buffoonery stretches my suspension of disbelief. Normal people wouldn't act this way, this is a collection of caricatures thrown together to make fun of North Dakota. The movie tries to give itself credibility by stating it's based on a true story. It's not.
The plot is scattered, with all of these characters on their own disparate journeys that are means to and end. This falls into the comedy genre, but I don't think there's anything funny about getting thrown into a wood chipper. This is violent just for the shock value. It's not lively enough for an action movie and not serious enough for a drama.
This movie sucks!
