Plot:
Two brothers on opposite sides of the law face off in '70s Brooklyn.
Review:
What a novel concept. Two brothers on the opposite side of the law. Is this We Own the Night? No. But wait this one is unique it's set in the '70s.
• Set in New York, check.
• Convict trying to go straight, check.
• Jailed for a justifiable crime, check.
• A heist, check.
• A moral dilemma, check.
This follows the cop movie checklist. Is Billy going to arrest his brother or does he have big fish to fry? Is Clive going to help his brother Billy or save himself? We need an inside man to help us sort out this drama.
Of course it adds girlfriends and other characters to muddle the plot. You may see people calling it measured, that's code for slow.
This movie sucks!
