I didn't watch The Amazing Spider-Man, so I don't know why I watched this. I guess I like dulling my senses with mind-numbing movies.
This suffers from being too over the top, from fights, dialog, and the sheer number of villains, it doesn't know when to say enough. You could almost get past these faults if the dialog wasn't so terrible. Did anyone writing or performing this dialog have experience actually carrying a conversation? It's stilted and unnatural, delivered by paper thin characters.
These issues contribute to the lack of focus. Scenes shoehorned in to create drama don't relate to the anything. Electro looks cool, and the movie stops there. A photo of Electro on the wall would have more depth.
This is easily the most annoying Spider-Man with his frequent annoying quips. This, like everything else is too much. No matter how much you like Spider-Man, you shouldn't watch this.
This movie sucks!
